Hey there! My name is Matthew O’Donnell. My wife, our four beautiful boys, and I relocated to East Tennessee in 2023 from Florida. I’m the Florida man who would much rather wrestle the gator than cheer for one! #GoNoles #GoVols! On a serious note, my professional background has always been helping people. Whether it was helping them find the correct parts for their vehicles, helping kids improve their jump shots, or even just figuring out which sandwich would most fulfill their lunch cravings, I have always been focused on helping people. I also owned and operated my own landscaping business in Florida for more than 5 years. This is when real estate truly caught my eye! Traveling around Pinellas County and seeing all the beautiful houses in different areas was an absolute treat! Not only was I able to see them, but I also helped hundreds of homeowners transform their yards into how they always dreamed of them looking! A big portion of my business was referrals from local real estate agents who knew I could make the outside of the house look as beautiful as the inside. When we finally decided to make the move up to TN, Charlene was our agent!
